Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully repack the item in its original manufacturer's box with all mounting hardware and instructions included to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Labels

Affix the provided shipping label and clearly write the RGA number on the outside of the shipping carton before dropping it off at an authorized carrier.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the fixture for resale quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
